We recently stayed in a spacious and well-lit two-bedroom suite for a short family vacation. The beds were king-sized and both rooms had their own ensuite bathrooms. The room also had TVs in every room, robes, slippers, and all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transport and surrounded by amazing restaurants. It was also close to the South Melbourne Market and just a short walk to the South Bank promenade.
Check-in and check-out processes could be improved.

The best aspects were the spacious room with lots of natural light, the comfortable king-sized beds and ensuite bathrooms, and the convenient location. I loved that the hotel provided toiletries, a mini bar, and even robes and slippers. The staff were helpful and allowed us to store our luggage after check out. The hotel's proximity to shops, restaurants, and the South Melbourne Market was also a plus. a great experience.

Great location near pubs, cafes, and city. Multiple air conditioners and TVs with Netflix. Good WiFi and block-out blinds. Huge comfy beds and great shower pressure. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

We absolutely loved our stay at this place! The location was perfect, with everything we needed right downstairs. Being close to the South Melbourne Market was a definite highlight, and we enjoyed exploring the nearby shops and restaurants. The tram stop was also conveniently located, making it easy for us to get around.
We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
